Refund & Return Policy

At T&T Lab Collections LLC, we are committed to providing professional and accurate specimen collection services. Due to the nature of medical collection services, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the following policy. 

All collection service fees are due at the time services are rendered unless prior billing arrangements have been established. 

Once a specimen collection has been completed and the specimen has been processed or sent to the laboratory, services are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable. 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a client cancels before services are performed, no charges will apply unless a deposit was required. 

Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notice may be required to pay a rescheduling fee. 

T&T Lab Collections LLC provides specimen collection services only. Laboratory testing is performed by third-party laboratories. Any concerns regarding laboratory results must be directed to the laboratory performing the analysis. 

If a payment was processed in error or an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us within 7 business days so we may review and correct the issue if applicable.
