• DOT drug testing collections
• Non-DOT drug testing collections
• Blood specimen collections
• DNA and paternity specimen collections
• Other screening and specimen collection services

T&T Lab Collections LLC is a collection service provider only. Laboratory testing is performed by independent certified laboratories.

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

While we strive to accommodate all scheduled appointments, T&T Lab Collections LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless prior billing arrangements have been established.

Prices for services may change without notice.

All services are subject to the Refund and Return Policy posted on this website. Once specimen collection services have been completed, services are considered fulfilled. 

While we strive to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, T&T Lab Collections LLC makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information provided. 

All patient and employer information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.

Users agree not to attempt to access confidential information or interfere with the security of this website.

T&T Lab Collections LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or services provided. 

Laboratory testing services are performed by independent laboratories. T&T Lab Collections LLC is not responsible for laboratory analysis, results interpretation, or laboratory reporting timelines.
